Grayson County Department of Planning and Community Development is responsible for administrating Grayson County’s Zoning Ordinance and subdivision Ordinances. The department provides technical assistance to the public on zoning and subdivision issues and to the county Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and Board of Supervisors. The Department is also responsible for investigating violations of the County’s Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances.
