2021 Trash Deduction Form

I agree to submit 5% of the rent collected each Quarter, in the form of Transient Occupancy Taxes; by the following due dates:

Quarter One: January-March is due by April 20th

Quarter Two: April - June is due by June 20th

Quarter Three: July - September is due by October 20th

Quarter Four: October-December is due by January 20th

Remittance of these required, four quarterly payments result in the following business:

Tourism Promotion of my business both online and printed materials
$72 annual reduction in garbage collection fees

This form must be submitted every year and must be on file to receive the reduction in garbage fees. The reduction will be shown on the December Tax Bill.
